New $200m plan for North Adelaide's Le Cornu site

Another proposal for the Le Cornu site at North Adelaide has been put forward for public consultation.

The Makris Group has unveiled its new plan to develop the 7,500 square-metre site in O’Connell Street, which has now been vacant for 25 years.
